What is your turn around time?

We try to ship items within 72 hours from proof approval, but, depending on the amount and type of design involved, it may take up to 14 business days before we can ship.  If you need an item within a certain time frame, please email us at info@orso.com.

What is your return/refund policy?

Non-personalized items may be returned to us  for a refund within 30 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.  Please contact us at info@orso.com if you need to return an item.

Personalized items are non-refundable.  We will send you proofs and mock ups for approval prior to creating the item.  Please verify all the requested information is correct as we are not responsible for customer error.  If there is an issue with your personalized item, please contact us immediately.

What if there is a design or item I want that is not listed in the shop?

If you don't see what you are looking for, send us a request and we will work with you on your vision!

I would like to buy your domain.  Will you sell it to me?

Orso.com is not up for sale nor are there any plans to sell this domain.


Please note - we can only guarantee when we will ship an item not how long it will take to get to you.  We have no control over the carrier's action or timeliness.  We do not issue refunds if an item is delivered later than expected.

If an item arrives damaged, take pictures and contact us immediately.
